A Tribute to Anthony Barker. We feel honoured and privileged to have been commissioned to commemorate the profound legacy of Anthony Barker! This moving piece captures Anthony in action, hand-mixing fruit in a barrel – which is how the NZ icon of Barkers began.

Please do yourself the favour of stopping in to Barkers of Geraldine at 71 Talbot Street in Geraldine, as well as enjoying a walk along the Geraldine Sculpture Trail. You will see this commemoration to Anthony Barker hard at work stirring fruit in a laundry copper where it all began, as well as many other wonderful art pieces along the trail. We are thrilled with the results of this team effort with Michael and Brigitte Barker, the Barker's team, and the entire team at Metalworks Wanaka, especially Steve Rumore, Sam Cleary, and Ietje Beets
